BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Our corporation is structured by five members on the Executive Board and twenty-four members (including the five officers) serving on the Board of Directors. All are elected into the positions and are volunteers.  There are also several committees.  Our function is for each committee to meet and bring any issues to the Executive Board, who will review the issue and then present it to the Board of Directors for any action.  Our Board of Directors - by majority vote - make all final decisions. The Executive Board's main function is to handle all the daily routine matters and oversee the operation of the Glen.
